- How does the help from the shop work?

Any customer who has purchased any product from us is entitled to our assistance. The maximum waiting time for a reply is 24 hours after the customer has written a message, but usually the customer receives a reply after just a few minutes. We help via ticket on our Discord server.

- How does the Escrow version work?

Escrow" version is a specially encoded version of files by FiveM so that we, as a shop, are so called protected that no one will steal anything from us and you are safer because cheaters so called will not take down scripts that have "Escrow" protection. Versions of such scripts and updates are downloaded directly from the website "keymaster.fivem.net", which is connected to the portal account "cfx.re" and FiveMem.

- How does the Unlocked / Open Source version work?

The "Open Source" version is distinguished by the fact that when you purchase it, you get full access to modify the files, you are not limited only to the configuration files, you have full freedom to modify the script. At the same time, the script still belongs to us and publishing it or so called "leaking" to third parties is categorically forbidden and severely punished.

- Which frameworks do you support?

We fully support frameworks such as ESX, QBOX, QBCore and it is to these that we offer frequent updates, fixes and code enhancements.
